Activities Week 2016 is from Monday 4th to Friday 8th July and all students are expected to sign up to one of the eleven packages available unless they are already on a residential trip at this time. These various packages are available for you to see at https://student.wcsc.org.uk/frogos/activities2016 along with the day to day schedules.
A link will to Tucasi be available on the 4th May to enabling you to pay for your selected package
It is essential that payment is made via Tucasi for your preferred package as soon as possible as there is a limit on the number of places available and we would not like your child to be disappointed if they cannot take part in the package of their choice. Please contact the school office if you have any problems accessing Tucasi. As soon as a package is at full capacity the payment option will no longer be available on Tucasi.
For the High Octaine and Vive Le France packages there will be two instalments. The first payment should be made straight away to avoid disappointment with the final payment being due on Friday 3rd June.
